    It can be hard to work on your business while you’re working in it—which is why we begin this process by getting out of the office in one of my popular ‘strategy days’. It’s an opportunity to lay out the good, the bad and the ugly without any distractions and start to visualise how we’re going to reach your objectives.

 

  • Inside The Office
    I’ll become a member of your team where I’ll be examining a lot of the moving parts, observing the way the business works in its current state, teasing out your unique strengths and making notes for ways we can use this to guide your marketing strategy moving forward.

 

  • Behind The Scenes
    Much of the real magic will happen in the least exciting moments, when I’ve got my head down at a desk, crafting your actual strategy and putting together the vital pieces of your marketing. Most of the time i’ll stay out of your hair for this part but we will schedule regular updates and continue along a pre-defined project plan so we all know what’s happening at any given time.
